These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ig-bs.com ("Site") operated by IGBS — International Group for Business Solutions ("IGBS," "we," "us," or "our"), a firm headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About IGBS

IGBS — International Group for Business Solutions (formerly known as IGIPS) is an intellectual property and business solutions firm registered in Cairo, Egypt. Our founder and managing partner, Mahmoud Soliman, is registered on the Egyptian Patent Agents Roll since 2006. We provide trademark, patent, industrial design, IP litigation, company formation, and corporate compliance services to clients in Egypt and across the MENA region.

2. No legal advice

The information published on the Site — including articles, guides, and other written content — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Reading the Site does not create an attorney-client, agent-client, or any other professional relationship between you and IGBS.

If you require legal advice on a specific matter, you should engage IGBS or another qualified legal practitioner formally. A professional relationship is created only by written engagement letter signed by an authorized IGBS representative.

3. Permitted use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, spam, or marketing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any associated systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest data from the Site, except for legitimate search-engine indexing under our published robots.txt
• Reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Site without prior written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software provided through the Site

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, schema, and software — is the property of IGBS, our licensors, or our content contributors, and is protected by intellectual property laws including the Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and applicable international treaties.

The "IGBS" name, the IGBS logo, and the "International Group for Business Solutions" wordmark are trademarks of IGBS. Use of these marks without prior written permission is prohibited.

Certain images on the Site are licensed from Pexels under the Pexels License (pexels.com/license). Such images remain the property of their respective photographers.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit any content to IGBS through the Site — including via contact forms, email, or messaging — you grant IGBS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry, providing the services you have requested, and improving our Site.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit:

• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not violate the rights of any third party (including IP, privacy, or confidentiality rights)
• Does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
• Does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Engagement of services

Engagement of IGBS for legal services is governed by a separate written engagement letter, which sets out the scope of work, fees, and terms of representation. The Site is not a substitute for that engagement letter, and submissions through the Site do not create a binding obligation on IGBS to provide services.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGBS disclaims all warranties including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content on the Site

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IGBS, its founders, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if IGBS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Egyptian law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be limited to the equivalent of EGP 1,000 (one thousand Egyptian Pounds).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IGBS, its founders, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Site
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of the rights of any third party

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by IGBS. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operation of any third-party site. Your interaction with any third-party site is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

The competent courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, except that IGBS retains the right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence for the purpose of enforcing IGBS's intellectual property rights or any other rights protected by applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IGBS regarding the use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
